- Led the redesign of Starbucks China’s “reward” experience in its mobile app to improve customer participation. 

- Replaced the static CTA with the dynamic customized CTA, and redesigned the matched rewards-listing page.

- Impact: It takes 1 click to use the rewards (Before, it was 3 clicks).  The click-through rate of the rewards improves a lot according to the usability test. Our client adopted this proposal and will launch it in the next version of Starbucks China mobile app. He commented, “a small change has a big impact.”
