Tech Lead | Ads Supply & Backend
As a Tech Lead within the Ads organization, I led the design and development of key initiatives, including:

In addition to leading these projects, I played a critical role in mentoring engineers and actively contributed to the redesign of the Ads supply infrastructure, ensuring it is robust, scalable, and optimized for performance.

Tech Lead - Infra and ESX Platform (One of the first 30 employees)
Infra Team:
Responsible for developing several reusable infrastructure libraries that were widely adopted within the company and served as foundational elements for many product releases, including:

ESX Platform Team:
■ Led efforts to build a highly stable ESX platform, significantly reducing incidents and customer complaints.
■ Received praise from Co-Founder Hugo Patterson: "Thank you for all the hard work including all the many customer cases you jumped on. The server side is much more solid and customers are much happier as a result of all you’ve done. It was a big contribution."

Selected as one of 10 participants from 8,000 applicants for the prestigious Leadership Engineering Accelerated Program. In this role, I was responsible for developing new features for CSX, a cutting-edge infrastructure that allows the creation of data path software components capable of running in both user and kernel space across commodity operating systems such as Windows, Linux, and FreeBSD.
EMC Innovation Conference (Innovation Project)
I proposed a new product for EMC at their Innovation Conference, collaborating closely with customers and the sales team to gather market requirements across different segments. I then developed the design and architecture for the new product, ensuring it met market needs and aligned with EMC’s innovation goals.
