- Led the segmentation effort for the Indeed and Glassdoor Enterprise Branded Ads unification project, which is a cross-company, cross-org, key-initiative that spans multiple teams across both companies. Segmented the Glassdoor jobseekers with all the segments from the Indeed ecosystem.
- Segmented millions of Indeed jobseekers using cron jobs and near real time pipelines. Segments were used in multiple Indeed Ads systems.
- Designed the Audience Management Platform, which facilitates the segment’s creation and jobseeker segmentation. Developed the rule engine for evaluating any customized segment rules.
- Redesigned and improved the segment AB proctor test setup.
- Migrated the pipelines using Skipper cluster and hadoop to AWS using EMR clusters and S3 system.
