I managed these tasks:

• Led the planning and implementation of four large-scale mixed-use developments on project area totaling 123 acres, in a visionary and very fast paced environment.

• Oversaw all phases of project deliverable from Concept Design and Design Development through Construction Administration.

• Maintained record of the real estate portfolio the company owned, for the senior management to take decisions for further developmental activities.

• Managed all the project approval requirements from the city development board, pollution control board, traffic management, Fire authority clearance, water supply & sewage management, Environmental protection authority for India.

• Provided weekly project updates to Senior VP of construction.

• Managed the agenda for Weekly Progress Meetings and tracked the delivery of key project metrics with the construction team, consultants and site coordinators.

• Ensured that design drawings were ready for release at the project site for execution.

• Participated in weekly site visits and collaborated with onsite engineers to monitor the progress of various projects.

• Produced construction specifications, material selections and schedules needed for construction documentation.

• Reviewed shop drawings with design/build team and subcontractors.
