I participated in the new workflow framework design in the early stage and helped roll out the MVP to 100% of the partner freight forwarders. • Led the redesign of Exception Management with new information architecture and interfaces, enabling 50+ external freight forwarders to report shipment incidents and speed up the resolving processes. • Led the research and design of import Milestone WorkItem. Shipped eight new tools for import tasks to enhance operational efficiency and improve data quality. • Collaborated with designers in other product domains and established new interaction patterns and communication tool concepts for the platform’s north star product vision. ### UX Designer 2 @ Microsoft Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 | Redmond, Washington, United States I worked with the Microsoft OXO FUEL team and designed the north star experience for Policy Management. • Revamped user flows and integrated Office Cloud Policy Service (OCPS) and Security Policy Advisor (SPA) within Microsoft 365 Apps admin center to enhance the user experience for policy configuration and increase the adoption rate. • Redesigned information hierarchy and visual components of Microsoft 365 Apps admin center’s landing page. ### Product Designer @ LoanSense Jan 2020 – Jan 2020 • Designed the interactions, visual components, and user flows for the on-market consumer web app. • Redesigned the enterprise product’s employee dashboard and conducted user tests to validate the improvement in the easiness of use. • Documented and developed the design system. • Executed usability testings on the developed web app to evaluate potential design changes. ### Product Design Intern @ LoanSense Jan 2019 – Jan 2019 I worked closely with the co-founders and designed LoanSense's MVP B2B products with the guidance of a senior product designer. • Designed and shipped three key features - student loan dashboard, employer match dashboard, payment calculator, and seven user flows for the MVP B2B web app. • Conducted 31 user tests with high-fidelity prototypes and uncovered insights for future product development. • Worked cross-functionally with PM, senior designer, and developers to develop a market-ready product and LoanSense’s product strategy. ### Research Analyst @ National Taiwan University Jan 2017 – Jan 2017 | Taipei City, Taiwan • Assisted in collecting information on international education for evaluating the enrollment management of International College. • Conducted an online survey and interviewed ten international students for improving the campus learning environment for international students. ### Research Assistant @ National Chiao Tung University Jan 2013 – Jan 2014 | Hsinchu County/City, Taiwan • Managed Taiwan Min phonological corpus database and edited corpus with the software Praat.
