Frontend responsibilities included adding features and fixing bugs in FarmLogs’ Backbone.js/React.js web app, completing code maintenance tasks such as porting legacy Backbone.js Views over to reusable React.js components (as well as generalizing existing React components) in order to reduce technical debt, and contributing to FarmLogs’ UI components library by creating reusable and composable React.js components. Assisted in data engineering tasks such as testing SQL queries used in Airflow DAG's. Developed Python client library for communicating with a microservice (via REST API).
