• Responsible for UI/UX Design requirements for Software Products like Shared Solar, Clean Energy Connect, SMART, ACCT, Renewable Advantage Calculator, GoGreen and EV App.

Built the company from the ground up, governing all financial matters and logistics, as well as shaping the creative direction for incoming projects. Handle all internal web design and marketing efforts; assess market position and trends, devise advertising strategy. Manage teams of subcontractors across media projects. Create design themes, graphics, and print marketing campaigns. Perform in depth client consultations; define project-scope, and translate client’s creative vision into accessible designs and content while optimizing budgets and boost ROI. Contribute creatively on 3D work and UI/UX (User Interface/User Experience).

• Drive sales and develop projects including trailers, games, mobile, and web apps, ranging from $60K - $150K. Clients have included: Showtime, Cisco, Oracle, Honda, Volvo, Tippett Studio, iWin, and BeingTrue.

Served as the driving force behind creative content, UX design, and front-end structure of enterprise level web application tools. Originated and enhanced pre-existing workflows, improved presentations, and redesigned artwork across 7 departments. Collaborated creatively and strategically to define project scope. Provided designs, wireframes and prototypes for the management team to work out the UX functionality of the Data Access Rights software. Sustained high-performance through continuous team guidance throughout project lifecycles. Advised on what the user flow should look like; ensured brand consistencies within designs.

• Architect and team lead on the build for the front-end of the Fort Knox admin and system rights web application.

• Redesigned and co-constructed the front-end of the new integrated Audit system, utilizing Tableau data dashboards.

• Created Logos for GBI Audit, UDM, Data Lab, Connectors, BO Entry, GBI Data Browser, Fort Knox and GPS.

• Redesigned the GBI Tools, Technologies and Services page for the Global Access Systems group.

Brought in to complete a major “refresh” of a marketing website for Google University Relations group. Advised on the UI and UX of the website, gathered client specification, and provided end-to-end project management and timely deliverables. Identified users and created user profiles.
