Trussle is the home of home ownership. Our mission is to help everyone love their journey of owning a home. My role was to lead design initiatives to improve the user experience and reach business goals.
I led the design of multiple projects resulting in higher conversion and satisfaction rates. For example, I designed a core part of our service which led to a 130% uplift in sign-ups and increased the conversion rate of a specific user group by 170%.
I used empathy to highlight meaningful problems and spread a user-centric mindset in the company. I organised and led regular qualitative user sessions involving everyone in the company and translated insights into shareable information which was used as a decision-making tool for each of our projects.
I created and continuously improved a cross-functional user experience process. With design thinking at its heart, I created a highly collaborative process including stakeholders, designers, engineers, product managers and mortgage advisers to help teams deliver innovative solutions.

Leading design projects and activities. I organised and led various design thinking activities during discovery and design phases including ideation workshops, design pairing exercises and quick prototyping with developers and the product manager.
