In 2023, I was a design leader on the Messenger Design System team where I introduced a brand new self-serve illustration system and revamped our sheets & navigation patterns. In 2020 & 2021, I led design of the meetings functionality for a new collaboration product now available to the public as Workrooms. Our mission is to help everyone love their journey of owning a home. My role was to lead design initiatives to improve the user experience and reach business goals. • I led the design of multiple projects resulting in higher conversion and satisfaction rates. For example, I designed a core part of our service which led to a 130% uplift in sign-ups and increased the conversion rate of a specific user group by 170%. • I used empathy to highlight meaningful problems and spread a user-centric mindset in the company. My role was to develop a deep understanding of our users and translate insights into a successful product. I was responsible for: • Organising bi-weekly qualitative user sessions. I recruited, organised and led the first regular user sessions with a budget 5 times lower than the industry standard. Anyone from the company could attend as a notetaker or an observer to better understand our user’s needs. • Sharing the UX progress across the company. I presented the company design projects and posted internal blog posts. I also created a transparent in-depth documentation of every UX initiatives. • Leading design projects and activities. I organised and led various design thinking activities during discovery and design phases including ideation workshops, design pairing exercises and quick prototyping with developers and the product manager. ### User Experience Designer @ Enki.com Jan 2016 – Jan 2017 | London, Royaume-Uni Enki is a mobile app which provides content to help developers improve their skills on a daily basis. I contributed to growing the Enki user base from 16k to 240k users in a year. My role was to advocate for the user and the user experience process. I was: • Responsible for all stages of design: user research, information architecture, user interface, prototyping, visual design. I improved many aspects of our app which resulted in a higher retention and many positive reviews on Apple and Google stores. • Product owner of multiple features: competition analysis, specifications, prioritisation, management and validation of the implementation, data analysis. • Proactive in the continuous improvement of our internal delivery process. For example, I introduced and applied a continuous validation process which dramatically reduced the number of bugs in our app. • Heavily involved in strategic business decisions as part of the weekly senior management meetings. • In charge of organising team buildings: Enkithons (bi-weekly), special activities (occasionally) and ski-trip in France (yearly). ### UX Teacher (quarterly interventions) @ Le Wagon Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 | Paris, France Le Wagon is an unconventional school to learn how to code in Ruby. I worked part-time alternating with Fonderie de l'image where I was studying front-end development and web design.
