• Led design for multiple projects focused on retaining European customers and making the European business more cost effective. 

• Leveraged AI to design Faire’s first sustainability-focused discovery experience, enabling retailers to more easily find products matching their values. 

• Developed a 0 to 1 program for European brands to split shipping costs with Faire to increase retailer sales, driving 40% target brand adoption. 

• Planned and conducted research in both English and German to inform European product strategy.

### Senior Product Designer, iCloud @ Apple

• Owned design for iCloud across product surface areas with the goal of retaining existing customers and encouraging plan upgrades. 

• Overhauled iCloud settings, making them more intuitive to understand and manage. Designed new iCloud status system for key apps, including Photos and iCloud Drive, creating trust and transparency. 

• Successfully influenced leadership to invest in better iCloud storage management solutions for low-on-space customers. 

• Set product and design foundations for the iCloud.com redesign, unblocking future investments.

· Led design for new Dropbox Enterprise Console to meet the needs of our largest customers, enabling us to sign a 28-instance organization in the biggest Dropbox Business deal to date. 
· Successfully influenced leads and the larger design org to continue investing in Enterprise. 
· Led sharing and access related projects to address gaps for security conscious customers.

### UX Designer @ Al Jazeera Media Network

· Led website design and contributed to product development for Sadeem, a new Al Jazeera social media venture aimed at Arab youth.
· Planned product research, created personas and user journeys, and developed information architecture and design for Sadeem show website. 
· Designed interactive news pieces for AJ+, collaborating with AJ+ journalists.
