• Designed and implemented the quality control program for one of California’s largest cherry packaging plants, including the development of a solution that resulted in a sub 2% rate of defects and a $50,000 reduction in quality related claims

• Managed the productivity of groups of 50+ workers on a daily basis to ensure the efficient use of both time and company resources; Worked with individuals of a very diverse background

• Interned at the National 504 Loan Processing Center which provides 7 billion dollars a year in commercial financing to U.S. Small Businesses

• Involved in numerous aspects of the operation of the office from application through servicing
