Led the design and vision for AI-native customer and partner experiences at ServiceNow, establishing foundational UX architecture and scalable interaction patterns for AI-assisted workflows across the ecosystem.
Drove the end-to-end 0→1 design of MyNow, ServiceNow’s personalized customer and partner dashboard, from product vision through launch. Defined MyNow as a unified information hub that centralizes to-do items, support status, learning, documentation, community, and product insights, and designed a customizable, widget-based homepage with a curated widget library that allows users to select, move, and reorder dynamic widgets to surface what matters most.
Led the design and strategy of Unified AI Search, consolidating fragmented search experiences across Now Support, ServiceNow University (Now Learning), Product Documentation, Developer Portal, and Community into a cohesive, AI-assisted discovery experience that improves findability across the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Led the design and product vision of monetization (eCommerce, checkouts, global payments & billing), customer success, and admin experiences at LinkedIn. Enabled LinkedIn’s success in the online self-serve transformation for the SaaS products.
Led the design of a revolutionized B2B selling experience that uses GAI to assist sellers with account research. This feature is the biggest revenue driving GAI investment across all of LinkedIn ($22.6M in 2 months). It had a 86% CSAT and 86% thumbs up rate and has been ramped to all Sales Navigator users in December 2023.
Worked as the mentor in the full recruitment process for designers on the team. Created the onboarding document and collaborated closely with the hiring manager to ensure a seamless and informative onboarding process. Mentored entry-level designers and interns across 2 teams.
Led the team in close collaboration with the LinkedIn design system team. Created and maintained team's local design libraries to help improve team’s design quality.
