Learning Without Tears is an education company providing research-based handwriting tools for educators and children for over 40 years. At LWT, I am in charge of enhancing the user experience for customer-facing, Software as a Service (SaaS), and web-based applications.

I am the lead designer for an Interactive Digital Teaching Tool. The existing SaaS platform is in use by hundreds of thousands of users. This enables teachers to conduct classes and manage student assignments more efficiently. The company plans to launch the fully redesigned Interactive Digital Teaching Tool in April 2024 and expects a boost in company sales.

Edge Browser: A cross-functional design team of 20 people, including multidisciplinary designers, focused on enhancing the consumer experience for desktop Edge Browser features.

Smart Campus: A cross-functional design team of 16 people, including designers and researchers that focused on optimizing the internal employee experience on the Microsoft campus. This included various aspects ranging from kiosks to mobile apps.

• Led the end-to-end experiences for employee shuttle booking; worked collaboratively with stakeholders to iterate through 5 rounds; this led to an increased task success rate by 150% and improved 95% design consistency.
