• Responsible for conforming defined quality and aligning project delivery with the client’s product road maps and Apple
 Inc.

• Involved with client technical managers and business owners to gather requirements and translates it to the
specifications to deliver the expected technical solution.

• Interacting the client and TCS so as to appraise them of the portfolio status using key matrices.

• Spearheading conformity to CMMI L5 directive across projects in the portfolio, by identification of improvement areas in
the portfolio, presents to the clients and converts those to billable projects.

• Member of Apple Customer system PMO managing multiple projects in a multiple vendor ecosystem.

• Design the requirements & get sign off from customers.

• Provide the DLOE (timelines) and make sure Development/QA complete on time.

• All development activities follow based on sprint plan.
