- Performance optimization for backend: Improved IG's server side efficiency at least for 50%. This involves multiple areas, including CPU and memory profiling, hot code optimization, and so on. - Optimize the deployment pipeline for both IG's backend and web. This includes build pipeline, continuous delivery and deployment, canary (testing on small numbers of machines before going wide). Frontend part includes working on webpack packing, linting, assets deployment and serving. 
- Given a talk about how to achieve true hot reload deployment with Python on PyCon AU 2017
