I'm a product designer in San Francisco Bay Area. My design expertise is complex and large-scale web application products, especially in the area of cloud computing and artificial intelligence. 

I hold a Master of Fine Arts degree from Rochester Institute of Technology. I have product design experience with Google, Instacart, Amazon, MobileIron, BlackBerry, and advertising agencies.

### Staff Product Designer @ Instacart
Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 | San Francisco Bay Area
– Led the ads tooling platform design components project, worked with 2 other design teams (Instacart design system and enterprise design team) to audit current components and different product needs, prioritized and created 12 components and 6 patterns and migrated them into ads manager production in 6 months.
– Contributed the input field component and data table pattern to Instacart design system – tooling and applied input field component into ads manager and Instacart partnership portal (IPP).
– Launched the ads manager nav and IA redesign in Oct 2022 as a design foundation to support the ads platform to scale and grow.
– Contributed to the ads team design process and best practices to scale design engagements with XFN teams and raise the design quality bar as the ads team tripled team size in 2021.
– Mentored another designer in the ads team on stakeholder collaboration, design craft and design career.

### UX Designer @ Amazon

– As the first and sole designer in the AWS Database Migration Service (DMS), led the end-to-end design and user research to launch DMS console overhaul redesign in 2019, DMS PreFlight in 2020 and DMS Studio in 2021.
– Led XFN team collaboration to align stakeholders on DMS design roadmap planning and design vision for DMS Studio which was launched in AWS re:Invent 2021.
– Supported AWS Palo Alto UX team hiring activities to grow the team from 5 to 30+ in 3.5 years. (~100 interviews)
– Contributed 2 design patterns (Multi-select and Split view) to AWS Polaris design system.The multi-select component was used in 60+ AWS services and the split view pattern was used in 15 AWS services by 2021 Q3.

### Senior UX Designer @ MobileIron
Jan 2015 – Jan 2018 | San Francisco Bay Area & Singapore
- Led user research and UX design process to launch MobileIron Access in 2016, and worked with PM and marketing team to grow the customer acquisition to about 50 customers by the end of 2017. 

- Led design process to launch MobileIron Monitor product in 2016 and worked with PM and professional service team to grow the customer acquisition to about 130 customers by the end of 2017. 

- Worked on the flagship product, MobileIron Core console for various significant redesign and new feature launches.
