Jan 2017 – Jan 2020 | San Francisco Bay Area “Sweat less, live more” miraDry system is a medical device which uses thermal energy to treat sweat, odor, and hair reduction. The non-surgical treatment offers an immediate, permanent solution in as little as one hour. • Lead all global product efforts for miraDry system and accessories in collaboration with cross-functional teams, responsible for driving strategy, meeting stakeholder needs, product road map, IFU, labels, packaging, and design validation. • Manage global product and feature roll-outs, including planning, launching, toolkit creation, marketing/messaging, tracking and reporting. • Own the life-cycle strategy, including direction, gap analyses, user feedback, modifications, updates and feature requests. • Responsible for identifying and managing new product opportunities and applications. • Act as Voice of Customer (VOC) and develop user/customer requirements; gather internal (Sales) and external customer/user (Physicians, Distributors) feedback to inform requirements and qualifications for R&D and Engineering. • Work closely with Engineering to prioritize development efforts. ### Consultant @ Project Manager and Product Designer Jan 2015 – Jan 2017 | San Francisco Bay Area Miramar Labs: • Lead design project from concept to commercial release of miraDry system for company relaunch. • New design and protocol focused to increase ease of use, enhance patient experience, and significantly decrease accessory COGS. • Conducted field interviews with users and field team to assess design concept viability using prototypes and mockups. • Analyzed usage data of global systems to drive design changes for improving user experience for miraDry system. • Coordinated and conducted in-house study for concepts of proposed user experience enhancements. • Created design iterations for miraDry system enhancements of GUI UX and device procedure accessories driven by data, key stakeholder goals, and user input. • Worked with vendors on new product, labels, and packaging for R&D product development and production parts.
