I played a pivotal role in Reposebay's Human Resources Information System interface redesign and segmentation, expanding our product offerings and reach.
As a Product Designer at Reposebay, I was responsible for the design, development and management of all of Reposebay's digital products. This included our flagship HRIS product (that helps clients manage their employees' data in order to make better decisions about their workforce) and our Career/ Job Seeker Enhancement product (where job seekers both/ entry, mid and senior level can enhance and reshape their career to come out competitive in the job market).
•I was responsible for ensuring that all design output was executed excellently.
•A major part of my role involved understanding how changes in one platform impacted the other(s) and implementing corresponding updates to maintain a cohesive and uninterrupted experience for clients and upwardly mobile career candidates
•I collaborated closely with the Product Managers to understand customer and stakeholder needs and problems, and design solutions to those needs while achieving business goals.
•I also collaborated with the Engineering team, delivered high-quality, clear and consistent designs and specifications, and ensuring clear communication and successful product development.
