• Designed single stage overhung test pump for high energy impeller cavitation visualization
• Analyzed & designed 10,000 psi water-injection barrel pump casing (non-linear analysis involved showing that local yielding of material will ratchet down in 3 pressure cycles)
• Designed, engineered and tested lube oil pressure compensation system as part of subsea twin-screw multiphase pump project. This involved developing a novel new valve actuated using mechanical linkage.
• Performed fatigue analysis of high energy impellers (Goodman diagram, Interference plots, Campbell diagram, SAFE diagram) using one-way FSI
• Redesigned offshore gimbal based water injection pump skid to fix high vibration due to specific mode shapes based on modal analysis
