I led the automation of white-labeled iOS apps for restaurant clients, streamlining release cycles and enhancing the end-user experience. I also developed scalable onboarding features that significantly reduced time-to-value for new users. By closely collaborating with customer support, I helped implement proactive issue resolution strategies that improved platform stability and user satisfaction.

### Backend Engineer @ Grain Technology (YC W20)

Carefully designed, tested and built new products and features that resolved issues and advanced software. Performed testing of high-value, mission-critical deliverable systems. Created rest api’s responsible for processing payments and gathering and formatting data used to report user activity to any required bureaus. Managed and refactored a complex web app using a React frontend and a backend of micro services running on the .NET Framework. Lead special projects to determine which UI tools (such as MUI, storybook, etc.)  should be introduced into the app for better UX. Utilized C# to develop new RESTful endpoints for new data sources that handled large amounts of JSON and GEOJSON data. Used Jest and ReactTesting library to add valuable integration and unit testing suites to the app after recognizing a lack of coverage.

### Lead Software Engineer @ Spearmint

Built a Electron app in a Node.js runtime environment that allows developers to easily generate executable test code for React components, React Hooks and Context, Redux, and restful endpoints with zero coding required. Utilized the Node.js file system module to export user inputs for reducers, asynchronous action creators, and HTTP endpoints into a generated Jest test file that uses DOM query selectors provided by the react-testing-library to run unit and integration tests.
