• Led the design of application features in SaaS applications to accommodate a wide range of industries, including healthcare, chain retail, logistics, and public sectors.
• Spearheaded personas and storyboards to design role-based dashboards for employee and managerial roles across platforms to enhance enterprise work efficiency.
• Led the design of Clinical Science and Auto-assignment for nurse staffing with patients, from initiating ideation to launch, regarding 70% product design and 30% product management.
• Led the design of self-scheduling for employees to self-manage schedules and collaborate with internal stakeholders on an agile pace for launch.
• Redesigned user experience and optimized user flow of time off request for employees and time off approval for managers to accommodate business use cases from various industries and verify design with end users via interviews and usability testing.
• Designed internal tools and BI tools, collaborating with internal and end users to distill user needs and verify design decisions.
• Collaboratively applied atomic design and token naming on the component enhancement with the design system team and development team while standardizing the design process.
