Please reach out to me at chris@incline.com ## Work Experience ### Software Engineer @ Xactly Corp Jan 2019 – Present | San Jose, California, United States Worked on building and designing a new Xactly product, Xactly Orange, which focuses on the automation of large CRM integrations from gathering requirements to building out complex configurations. Worked primarily as a full stack engineer using the MERN stack (Mongo, Express, React, and NodeJs). Responsibilities also include deployment and management of production code through the use of Docker. Some of my responsibilities beyond development have included working directly with customers to better understand the implementation process, this includes having done several implementations myself. ### Data Science Intern @ Axonify Jan 2017 – Jan 2017 | Waterloo, ON, Canada Worked with customer success and business operations to create a business intelligence tool to identify trends and patterns in customer adoptions data within CRM tool. Familiar with developing Data Driven Insights by extracting data from diverse data sets so as to develop actionable insights and meaning. My custom CRM intelligence tool is being deployed and showing significant benefits towards predicting customer retention and customer acquisition trends for leading SaaS e learning company.
