Hello! I'm Chris, a Senior Product Designer and Design Engineer at Deloitte. Currently, I am designing and building human-centered systems for public impact within Deloitte's Government AI & Engineering division. My work has touched on multiple government agencies and projects, including the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS), Covered California’s health insurance platform, FEMA AI applications, the NIH, and the Department of California Water Resources.

I am passionate about bringing people and users to the forefront of the design experience. From collaborating with users and clients on discovery, ideation, and prototyping; leading user research efforts by bringing users directly into the fold of design; and teaming up with groups of designers of various backgrounds to accomplish challenging tasks while making usability better for everyone.
