I have about 10 years working experience in interaction design and user experience, with expertise in different domains. After years of learning and execution, I truly believe a user-research-based approach can lead to business-transforming innovations.

- Worked in a central design team and design for all products and projects of Acer, including digital home entertainment system (PC and embedded system), empowering family software (laptop performance management UI), mobile client UI, enterprise server management UI, and speech recognition UI.  

- Performed as a lead designer role in both interaction design and visual design. Defined interaction framework and detailed pattern, as well as shape visual design direction and shared UI components for the team to follow.

- Collected and analyzed UI design trend as team design reference. Closely involve in developing usability test plan and scenario, observed usability studies and assisted usability researcher in conducting studies.
