• Managed team of 10 SWE to support app creation & lifecycle management platform (SLM).

• Established strong partnership with the Boq Web frameworks team and created a multi-year strategy and roadmap to provide support for Boq Web and Boq Angular based apps.

• Established key-partnership with Corp Eng Developer Infrastructure team (10 SWE, L8 TLM) to deliver Angular-Dart on SLM, de-duplicated infrastructure and generalized features to benefit the greater SLM ecosystem. Moved from a siloed working model to a strong collaboration model with shared planning and execution.

• Developed strong cross-functional collaboration with UX, UXR, PM, TPM partners and cross pillar leads up to L8

• Delivered SLM apps on Boq & Pod infrastructure, a multi-quarter, large team effort, nominated for Core Tech Impact award at the director level.

• Co-led Symphony Designer Rewrite across two teams to replace polymer based application with an Angular typescript app. Closed alpha of Automation Studio launched.

• Established Frontend Excellence workstream to focus on component libraries, a11y, mend-it-monday, testing and performance.

• Built career plans, held weekly 1:1’s, facilitated team meetings, planned and executed to quarterly and annual OKRs.

• Conducted 21 interviews in 6 months, served as gMentor to two L6’s, actively participated in Google Champion program

Bootstrapping an onboarding, learning management app. Was in process of raising an angel round but decided to change course due to Covid.

Hired to build Manager Products team from scratch. Grew to 3 teams, 14 SWE, 1 EM.

• Refactored Pulse v2 company engagement survey, 15%->30% action plan creation, >75% NPS.

• Created Manager Co-Pilot, released company wide with >60% action rate, 500% increase in organic adoption.

• Managed Onboarding team to create company Onboarding Tool, resulting in +10% increase in belonging, 5k plans, 500+ modules, 82% product satisfaction.

• Built Grow (career growth) Products team of 5 engineers to rapidly prototype career growth tools and find product-market fit.
