I’m a product designer currently building conversational AI experiences at Microsoft. I’ve built foundational interaction patterns for Copilot that have shaped how the product approaches AI-native commerce, leading to expanded engineering and design investment. I work close to the material: prototyping with LLMs, shaping model behavior through prompting, and translating complex AI behavior into experiences that feel natural for how people actually think. I’m pursuing a Master’s in Human-Centered Design & Engineering at UW, where I’m developing a more critical lens on how AI systems shape behavior and who they’re designed to serve.
