Created front-end (React) / gateway (Node / GraphQL) services for back-office tool to handle the management and analysis of Globality’s dynamic content engine (5000+ questions and thousands of potential flows). The process was previously managed with dozens of excel sheets / github hooks. The tool is now used company-wide daily for content creation, updates, and analysis.

Developed and wrote technical designs for full-stack features related to user flows in the client-facing application. Features include new dynamic forms for users, surfacing and adding visual treatments for progress, and making a previously pusher-based flow synchronous for performance

Contributed to new standards throughout our codebase including file structure / naming conventions, shared component patterns, and GraphQL usage

Interviewed 80+ candidates and mentored dozens of incoming engineers through guided sessions, updated onboarding documentation, and ad-hoc Q&A / pair programming
