Created a query language with functional semantics, static type inference, advanced data structures, and a compiler hosted as a Sinatra API. Language powered company’s largest sources of revenue by extracting >100 million insights per week from >1 billion rows of source data.

Used AWS S3, RDS, and SQS to build revenue-critical pipelines for performing ETL, generating content, and delivering to users.

Identified company’s need for an web app for creating and monitoring dozens of custom data pipelines. Led team in designing and implementing this app in Ruby on Rails, deploying to AWS ECS via Docker and Terraform.
