Quality Assurance team

Working under the supervision of the Director of Engineering, we work to make sure LAPP’s product meets and exceeds customers’ requirements and safety agency standards. On this role I also make sure that our products are validated in accordance to a 5V+ process. I also support other departments and cuatomers with product cross reference, product development and product information.

• Supervise daily output of Wire Drawing, heat treatment and Swaging area - report daily output to Director of Operations

• Analyze usage of tools needed in production areas and create an inventory list with re-order points.

• Apply 5S procedures and troubleshoot mechanical issues with swaging machines (5 in working place)
