Massachusetts, United States • Led the creation of a scalable marketing design system from scratch, improving design consistency, speeding up execution, and reducing duplicate effort across teams. • Owned key high-profile web design areas and UX for Klaviyo’s “B2C for CRM” campaign, showcased globally (including the Vegas Strip and Sphere), helping drive new brand recognition and customer 2022 – Jan 2024 | San Francisco Bay Area • Led product design and UX strategy for a soft skills coaching platform, owning end-to-end design across web and dashboard products. • Redesigned the core experience based on user research and feedback, leading to a measurable increase in user adoption and onboarding of new client companies. • Defined and implemented a cohesive style guide with the CTO, improving consistency and collaboration across product and marketing design surfaces. • Owned the company’s overall design direction, driving product strategy, brand development, IA, and day-to-day UI design within a lean early-stage team. ### Staff Product Designer @ Pandora Jan 2021 – Jan 2022 | Oakland, California, United States Context: Stitcher (my previous company) was acquired by SiriusXM / Pandora and I was integrated into the SXM/Pandora teams and quickly promoted to Staff level. • Led cross-platform product design initiatives across both the Pandora and SiriusXM apps, owning end-to-end UX for high-impact feature updates on iOS and Android. • Drove user research and design workshops to inform roadmap planning and align teams around a refreshed product vision. • Collaborated closely with PMs and engineers to streamline workflows and improve design team velocity across both brands. • Contributed to a more agile product development process by championing lean practices and cross-functional alignment. ### Senior Product Designer @ Stitcher Jan 2019 – Jan 2021 | San Francisco Bay Area • Led end-to-end redesign of Stitcher’s mobile and web apps, owning UX strategy, research, and execution during a pivotal stage in the company’s growth. • Conducted 70+ user interviews and usability tests, translating insights into personas, empathy maps, and new product flows. • Launched a complete redesign that improved Android app ratings from 2.5 to 4.7 and set a new iOS company record of 4.8. • Drove a 17% increase in listening time, raised WAU/MAU from 29% to 64%, and increased user retention from 48% to 56%. • Partnered cross-functionally with engineering, product, and leadership to align on vision and elevate design's strategic role within the org. ### Product Designer @ Certs U: iOS and Android app Jan 2018 – Jan 2018 | San Francisco Bay Area • Designed the end-to-end UX/UI for a mobile and web platform helping healthcare professionals manage and renew their medical certifications. • Collaborated with a subject matter expert and lean dev team to translate complex compliance needs into an intuitive, user-friendly experience. • Improved Concept Artist & Designer @ AltspaceVR Jan 2015 – Jan 2016 | Redwood City • Collaborated with the Head of UX to explore new avatar systems and social interaction models within VR, contributing early concept work that shaped user embodiment in immersive environments. • Created environment and character concept art for AltspaceVR’s Dungeons & Dragons minigame, including interactive props, spatial layouts, and modular visual elements. • Participated in whiteboard sessions and cross-functional reviews, then translated ideas into polished visuals and production-ready assets for engineering. •
