I have routinely performed daily calibration of analytical instruments such as pH meter, turbidometer, DO electrode, ammonia electrode, spectrophotometer, and temperature checks on all incubators, hot air ovens, water baths, and refrigerators. Wastewater constituents that we test routinely include chlorine residual, pH, turbidity, DO, ammonia, nitrate/nitrite, solids, color, and a 15-tube MPN test for total and fecal coliform. Also currently following around different operators to learn the details about all processes at the plant.
