Founded the Advanced Concepts Team to design future-forward devices for Tools for Humanity and World. Ranging from proof-of-humanity hardware to point-of-sale systems and other confidential prototypes.

I led the design and prototyping efforts for financial institutions, voice interfaces, and conversational systems at IBM iX in New York. My work involved creating user-centric designs, simplifying complex systems, and delivering high-fidelity prototypes to enhance usability and functionality.
