Came up with a year long strategic planning to give it a face lift and new UX design approach on different areas of the products. Works included: a new information architecture of the home screen and usage report, reskinned and redesigned more than 28 language learning activities, developed new scheduling tools for phone courses and live tutoring, and a gamification system to enhance overall learner engagement. Advanced English for Business - Led the UI design effort and collaborated with a team of talents to restructure an existing framework to launch a web based advanced English language learning product targeting multinational businesses in the U.S. and Europe in 6 months. Created activity templates to serve content fed by a content creation tool. Provided interface for scheduling one-on-one online coaching sessions and reviewing exercises rated by language teachers. Rosetta Stone Travel Mobile App - Leveraged the assets of the existing pedagogy and worked with a small agile team to launch a language learning iPhone app for travelers with minimum viable product requirements in 6 weeks.
