Designed two interface templates to assist users designing with Appian. One also acted as a best practices guide in official external UX documentation.

Redesigned the internal quarterly feedback interface to be more intuitive and elicit more productive responses. Conducted user interviews and usability tests with prototypes implemented in Appian's internal language.

Implemented "document browser" component into Appian's codebase to make the drag and drop library more flexible and better aligned with users' needs.

Worked with another UXD to recreate the entire UK Government design system using Appian components. This project will be shown to potential Appian clients who need to follow the UK design system in order to convey Appian's flexibility.

Collaborated with other UX Designers & Engineers, Product Managers & Owners, and the Director of UX throughout my internship to improve the UX at Appian.

Redesigned PSU’s Transfer Credit Tool and collaborated with developers to redefine its

functionality through wireframes, mockups, and HTML/CSS prototypes. Met with Advising and Admissions to gain insight on problem areas and propose our solutions.

Visually redesigned MIT’s Living Wage Calculator with XD mockups and HTML/CSS with the goal of increasing reach and impact. Live site at livingwage.mit.edu.

Designed an interface and experience for an individualized Learning Management System. Collaborated with PO to transform clients' thorough, broad-scope research into a well-defined experience through ideation, sketching, and XD mockups/prototypes.
