As the Head of Funding Programs at Ripple, I lead a cross-functional global team that manages a 1 billion XRP fund for builders on the XRP Ledger ecosystem, a layer 1 blockchain and distributed ledger technology (DLT). The fund is distributed through global XRPL Grants and Accelerator programs which provide support, mentorship, and funding to innovative web3 projects and entrepreneurs in the fields of NFTs, DeFi, CBDCs, and more.

With over 10 years of experience as a founder, director, and leader in product design, user experience , and growth, I have extensive expertise in web3, blockchain, crypto, and fintech. I am passionate about creating impactful and inclusive solutions that empower users and communities across the globe.
