Working in Core Client team as Senior Software Engineer for Tebra, a clinical EHR and billing platform designed for independent medical practices.

Leading the core front end areas in Tebra’s web platform. This includes global styling/theming, the Design System, and the main UIs such as the Dashboard, Login, MFA, and Admin UI.

Actively providing front end mentorship and guidance for engineering teams as one of Tebra’s front end experts. This includes leading the dissemination of knowledge and awareness for best coding practices.

Pioneered the development, maintenance, and documentation of Tebra’s Design System, which involves creating high quality, reusable components for engineering teams to use for a more brand-consistent and cohesive platform. Using React with TypeScript, Material UI, and Storybook for developing, documenting, and showcasing the components with interactive examples.

Led the development, research and foundational implementation for the Tebra Rebranding initiative to rebrand the platform from “Kareo” to “Tebra”, successfully achieving 100% coverage.

Developed the front end for Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) initiative. Implemented the MFA settings page (for Admins) and MFA login workflow. Instrumental in pushing MFA through the finish line for release, which solidified the retention and trust of clients due to the enhanced security.

Instrumental to the Dashboard Resiliency initiative to optimize and stabilize the Tebra platform’s Dashboard. Implemented cost-saving optimizations, bug fixes, and preparatory changes for Dashboard V2 release resulting in a 37% drop in production support bugs and increased customer retention rate by 41%.

Streamlined patient care management experience for practices by delivering the Task Management UI. Built the Platform Tasks table and Create/Edit Tasks workflow to allow practices to view and manage their tasks, resulting in increased productivity and patient care efficiency for clients.

Contributing to the development, maintenance, and testing of Kareo’s Design System, which involves creating high quality, reusable components for other teams to use for a more brand-consistent and unified platform. Using ReactJS with TypeScript, Material UI, Jest, Storybook for developing, testing, documenting, and showcasing Design System’s components through interactive examples of its use cases and design pattern guidelines

Providing production support for other development teams by helping them with using the Design System and front end related tasks and working as front end consultant for Kareo’s engineering teams as one of Core Client’s front end experts.

Participating in agile methodologies, including daily stand-ups, weekly refinements, sprint retrospectives and sprint planning.

Contributing to unification and cohesion of Kareo’s web application branding through implementing, maintaining, testing, and consulting to work towards the adoption of the Design System.

Worked in Orbee's Engineering team as lead front-end software engineer for the Orbee Platform, a digital marketing platform for automotive dealerships.

Contributed to the development and maintenance of the UI/UX of Orbee's Digital Marketing Platform SPA in VueJS for 10+ marketing and reporting services and features for various clients. These services include email marketing, shopper analytics, and google ads.

Developed and maintained the NADA (National Automobile Dealers Association) Analytics SPA Platform using ReactJS with TypeScript.

Actively practiced agile methodologies in Jira to coordinate tasks with the team, document stories, and manage project workload.

Developed and designed a white-labeling system in Orbee’s digital marketing platform to support different organizations (different branding, layout, and permission-based features).

Created AWS resources in S3, Cloudfront, Certificate Manager and Route 53 to support separate domains for the white-labled organizations.

Expanded digital marketing capabilities by implementing the UI for in-house email marketing services, including a custom email template editor.

Improved work efficiency for Orbee's Account Executives by building an interface for admins to manage client resources and view consumer analytics.
