Led end-to-end designs from concept development and strategy to
implementation for multiple foundational features on the Instacart
Shopper and Consumer app including:
•Piloted mobile pay experience and instant payout feature for
shoppers, driving over $8M ARR and unlocked exponential
revenue and user growth for Instacart during the pandemic.
•Overhauled the screen that shoppers see when they get an order
to deliver groceries to customers, resulting in a lower time to
accept the batch and helping to unlock several key
company initiatives.
•Redesigned the entire Shopper onboarding funnel, increasing
overall activation on Android and iOS by 40%.
