Key responsibilities:
• Coordinate the workloads of graphic production artists, ensuring they have all the information they need, and all project work meets Hogarth’s and the client’s quality standards.
• Work closely with producers, traffic, design, development, content management, and international teams to deliver on project goals and timelines, and ensure efficient file handoffs.
• Review final deliverables with an exacting eye, ensuring that layout, images, text, and links are flawless and manage team QC process.
• Identify and help implement opportunities for process, automation, design, file format, and technical improvements.
• Responsible for writing, updating and delivering training materials for existing and flex resources.
• Maintain a work environment that attracts, retains, and motivates the highest calibre of skilled Graphic Production professionals.
• Develop and optimize workflows, as well as establish and enforce cross-functional frameworks and standards.
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders and collaborate to ensure project goals are met and ensure efficient handoffs carried out.
• Manage multiple projects within tight deadlines, effectively problem-solve, and manage expectations accordingly.
