AmazonGrocery is Amazon.com's global premier grocery delivery service, and free for all Prime members on Amazon.com, Amazon mobile app, and Prime Now mobile app. In my role, I am delivering solutions for new, unique, and complex design and product challenges, that have little precedence in the industry today, with a focus on improving conversion for Fresh and Whole Foods users, so that their shopping experiences on Amazon.com are seamless and intuitive.
Amazon Connections provides science and research-based insights to leaders of organizations to help them identify strength and opportunity areas within their organizations. By asking a daily survey question, leaders at Amazon are able to identify potential issues before they arise, and receive recommendations and action steps. In this previous role, I was teaming with research scientists, developers, data scientists, content, business partners, and product managers to deliver custom end-to-end user experiences that help front-line managers and senior leaders successfully address business problems, and improve the overall health of their organizations.
