Leveraging user research and industry insights, I helped shaped product vision and early concepts while collaborating deeply with Privacy and Legal to ensure scalable, trust-first solutions. This work culminated in C-level alignment and secured funding for MVP execution. I was also the Design Lead for the Sharing CX across the YouTube Main App (Mobile), and Youtube.com (Web), optimizing and innovating better sharing experiences for Creators and Audiences. ### Senior Interaction Designer @ Google Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 | San Francisco Bay Area Assistant for Kids was an initiative that recognized the importance of building meaningful experiences for kids, that not only empower them, but also give moments of joy and delight in their every day. With this effort, my role involved ensuring that these experiences measure up to the increasingly higher standards for trust & safety globally, across all surfaces and devices a child may have access to, in and outside the home. Under my UX leadership, we successfully launched the first ever Parental Controls experience on Assistant, enabling Google to partner with parents, in order to provide safe content experiences for their child, without sacrificing the quality of the experience. ### UX Design Lead @ Amazon Jan 2019 – Jan 2021 | Toronto, Canada Area AmazonGrocery is Amazon.com's global premier grocery delivery service, and free for all Prime members on Amazon.com, Amazon mobile app, and Prime Now mobile app. In my role, I am delivering solutions for new, unique, and complex design and product challenges, that have little precedence in the industry today, with a focus on improving conversion for Fresh and Whole Foods users, so that their shopping experiences on Amazon.com are seamless and intuitive. Amazon Connections provides science and research-based insights to leaders of organizations to help them identify strength and opportunity areas within their organizations. By asking a daily survey question, leaders at Amazon are able to identify potential issues before they arise, and receive recommendations and action steps. In this previous role, I was teaming with research scientists, developers, data scientists, content, business partners, and product managers to deliver custom end-to-end user experiences that help front-line managers and senior leaders successfully address business problems, and improve the overall health of their organizations. ### Senior User Experience Designer @ Audible, Inc.
