I designed a data-rich and complex client-facing portfolio management tool, a fund launch tracker, and led the UX initiative to streamline and automate the client onboarding experience which improved usability and aligned workflows across internal teams. Partnered closely with asset managers, traders, sales, client services, product managers, and engineers on every project.

Integration Xchange helps clients (financial advisors) and fintech firms integrate technology solutions to enhance personalized wealth management for their customers. I designed and delivered the platform’s first AI Chatbot conversation designs. Overhauled, tested, and implemented a new pre-login experience. Modernized the site to meet WCAG 2.2 compliance. I won two firm-wide design contests, both earning 1st place.

Optimized KYC (Know Your Customer) digital experiences, boosting form submission rates through improved usability. As part of the end-to-end design process, my focus involved UX research, interaction design, wireframing, and prototyping, collaborating closely with content writers, product managers, and engineers.

Fashion product and brand – overhauled and defined a modernized brand vision. Led a global design team to create lifestyle accessories—including bags, shoes, and eyewear—that transformed Kipling from a regional business into a global brand. Elevated brand awareness by spearheading high-impact co-brand collaborations with Disney, Lucasfilm, MTV, Coca-Cola, and other global partners.

Fashion accessories product - led a design team to successfully re-launch a new brand vision and aesthetic for Calvin Klein Jeans fashion accessories, overseeing the execution and contributing through hands-on design work. My designs were featured on seasonal brand ads and runway shows.
