I designed a data-rich and complex client-facing portfolio management tool, a fund launch tracker, and led the UX initiative to streamline and automate the client onboarding experience which improved usability and aligned workflows across internal teams. Partnered closely with asset managers, traders, sales, client services, product managers, and engineers on every project.

I designed and delivered the platform’s first AI Chatbot conversation designs. Overhauled, tested, and implemented a new pre-login experience. Modernized the site to meet WCAG 2.2 compliance. I won two firm-wide design contests, both earning 1st place.
