Cloud Marketplace - Solution Authoring
β’ Led full stack migration initiatives for two major product types in the Google Cloud Marketplace Producer Onboarding Portal, including feature parity in the new portal (Angular, TypeScript, Java), migration tooling (Python), and full migration of all products into the new database.
β’ Designed and implemented the frontend portion of accelerating billing onboarding in the portal, speeding up the customer experience and reducing the time of price ingestion from 2 weeks to 2 days to <5 seconds.
β’ Maintained the frontend code base across the Producer Portal and the subsequent administrative console.
β’ Pruned group memberships and user privileges and built automated regular audit systems to ensure security and manage risk for Marketplace systems, including access to APIs, codebases, and production data.
β’ Organized process items such as an engineering excellence backlog with the frontend team, Ops team training, team-wide βfixitβ weeks, weekly meetings with Eng/UX/PM, and regular meetings with hosted interns.
