As part of my ongoing contract work for Airbyte, I was responsible for improving and maintaining Python-based API Source connectors to ensure they adhere to a rigorous set of internal standards of quality. This work includes:

1. Adding new streams to ensure a robust set of options when syncing data.

2. Improving error handling and UX throughout the connector setup process as well as during data syncs.

3. Addressing all known bugs and Github issues, as well as working alongside Tech Support to resolve on-call customer issues

4. Ensuring setup documentation is up-to-date and easily navigable.

As a technical writer contracting with Airbyte, I was responsible for testing critical data connectors and updating their official documentation to ensure each connector's setup and functionality is documented in an accurate, understandable manner. I am also responsible for testing and altering connector setup UI when necessary to ensure a smooth UX throughout the connector setup process.

As a freelance web developer, I was responsible for designing and developing the personal/business websites of my clients to help their brands grow and flourish. My responsibilities included:

1. Maintaining close communication with each client to ensure I am best matching their architectural and functional needs.

2. Designing the website's style and user experience, or working alongside a dedicated designer to match the provided specs.

3. Creating a clean, readable codebase with a focus on clarity and proper documentation to minimize future maintenance needs.

1. Managed and ran back-of-house spaces at hundreds of events, adapting to the limitations of each event space and the needs of individual clients.

2. Communicated with multiple team members (head chefs, front-of-house captains) to ensure that all aspects of service functioned as a coherent whole.

3. Oversaw both setup and breakdown of events, working in high-speed environments to maximise efficiency without sacrificing cleanliness, and confirming that all equipment was properly stored and organised.

4. Set up and ran "sanit" station, handling the hygienic disposal of all food and beverage waste, as well as rental equipment (flatware, glassware, kitchen equipment)
