I led a multidiscipline team of product designers, visual designers, researchers, content strategists, technical writers and video production specialists supporting Walmart’s global technology platform. My portfolio of projects includes software that drives the end-to-end supply chain experience that takes an item from the manufacturer to the consumer. These are the experiences that serve suppliers, merchants, drivers, store associates, gig workers, warehouse workers and third party clients at a global scale.

I served as the head of UX design and research for for O365’s Yammer and Groups. This includes driving UX for all products in the suite as well as integrating those features into the larger Microsoft enterprise product line.

I led a team of UX designers and researchers that drive the customer experience for Amazon's delivery experience around the world. We supported various initiatives throughout the company, raising the standard of design at Amazon. My team has a global influence with a goal of serving a customer's needs no matter their needs or the region they live in. I constantly evaluate the needs of engineering teams, marketers, product owners and partner teams from across Amazon to craft simple and intuitive experiences around complex problems.

I led the UX design effort for PayPal’s global business products. I managed a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers and researchers as well as coordinated global teams localizing regional experiences. We took a customer first and global aware approach to enabling businesses of all sizes to continue to grow on PayPal. I lead the redesign effort for the PayPal business portal that has launched all over the world and is serving millions of businesses across the globe.
