I have learnt many different front-end and back-end languages through Codecademy and then progressed onto the portfolio phase of the course which involved creating two full stack projects. 

The first project is a map based app that makes use of Leaflet.js. It makes several calls to multiple APIs through PHP to return vast quantities of real time data about a selected country back to the front-end.

The second project is a crud app that represents a directory of staff in a multi-national multi-departmental company. The app uses PHP to make requests to a SQL database which makes use of various INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE statements to update the database as well as using SELECT and LEFT-JOINs to return relevant data back to the user.
