• Lead a team of designers in the creation of e-commerce landing pages across multiple brands. Propose iterative designs to improve conversion rate and increase sales.
• Rebrand the Western Digital Brand store developing initial concepts, wireframes, and visual design to improve consumer experience. This reduced “add to cart” click-throughs from five clicks to three, increased cart completions, while reducing bounce rate.
• Redesign the SanDisk and SanDisk Professional Brand stores from initial concept, wireframes, prototype, user testing and visual design. Increased click-through conversion rate and reduced consumer confusion for multiple variations of memory cards and SSDs.
• Developed the Western Digital 2020 holiday campaign store which resulted in a 178% sales increase from 2019 across all brands: WD, SanDisk, and G-technology. Present initial concepts to key stakeholders, drive alignment, and coordinate with engineering teams for file handoff.
• Launch the SanDisk Professional brand of products leading the design of e-commerce pages to align with the new premium brand. Drive alignment of the layout and visuals to marketing and channel partners.
• Provide creative direction and guide all direct reports, including career development playbooks, annual performance reviews, and compensation.
