Keyo rented apartments in NYC and the Bay Area. We employed gig-economy workers who were locals in the community to facilitate on-demand apartment viewings, all while eliminating broker fees.

Prospective tenants browsed listings and scheduled viewings on our website.

We digitized the application process on our tenant app (iOS, Android) and renters could pay rent, split rent payments with roommates, and manage their lease renewal.

Gig-workers used the same app under a separate profile to bid for apartment viewings, facilitate tours, and receive earning payments.

Our web-based landlord dashboard allowed owners to manage inventory and approve applications.
