Development and sustainment of Alexa Skills on the “Hey Disney!” team. With an Alexa Skillset of over 10 skills across all Orlando Resorts. On a team dedicated to increasing guest experience by allowing guests to order room items, or view hours and operations for parks and transportation. I was able to increase in-room ordering on an Alexa device and reduce front desk phone calls by expanding the functionality of the Amenities skill.
· Tasks include maintaining the operations portal web application.
· Custom solution to reduce traffic on back-end services by refactoring the AWS SQS process for processing guest reservations.
· Expand features across Alexa Skills on “Hey Disney!”
· Increase monitoring capabilities using Splunk logging reports.

Leading a team of 5 developers. Responsibilities include designing solutions for core software at OneRail, while leading team members to deliver features to our clients and stakeholders. Works directly with the product team to ensure all requirements are met at the highest possible standards.
· Hands-on leadership approach by completing coding tasks while leading the team to complete features.
· Tasks include designing code architecture and implementing coding solutions.
· Managing all team tasks, from refinements to implementation, and then testing by our QA team members to be released to production on time.

Individual contributor developer for OneRail core operations software using TypeScript, NodeJS, MySQL, and Azure. Worked directly with microservices and backend REST API software.
· Custom coded solutions built from scratch as contributions to the OneRail software.
· Contributed to microservices that connect to each other, their databases, other third-party APIs through HTTPS, and Azure systems such as storage, cloud functions, CosmosDB, and event hub.
· Exposure to AWS by contribution to proof of concept designs using Lamba, S3, and SNS services.
