• Helped scale KMS to >392k rps across >4k topics while establishing 99.995% 30-day success rate SLO.

• Planned and orchestrated 2 separate Aurora MySQL Major Version upgrades on Klaviyo’s most availability sensitive database with 0 customer impact using custom Blue/Green tooling.
